Guest guest
Hey -- Toss a hatchet, or a hammer, or a Coke bottle somewhere! You gotta get the best mileage out of whatever situation! There are towels called " face towels " that may serve you better than washcloths -- but if you've figured out something that works, hey, I'm not about to change your situation. Sounds as though you're doing really well. Congratulations! The attitude will help. C. > > Well here I am already a week post op. I can't believe it's all > over with already. Guest guest
Mel and anyone else that has advice, I am scheduled for lower advancement on Dec 20. I also need to have my deviated septum fixed. I am trying to decide if I should have them both done at the same time. My OS said that it will not be a problme. However, I will be wired, so I am worried about having trouble breathing. Did you have everything done at the same time? If you did, how difficult was it to breath? > > Well here I am already a week post op. I can't believe it's all > over with already. Guest guest
Hi there, Just wanted to let you all know that surgery went well, I came home after two days and am doing great. I felt so good I had to be reminded that I had just had surgery! I got my staples out last week and the OK to do what ever I want. I'm gradually adding different foods and have had virtually no problems at all. Sorry I haven't written--the computer at home has been on the fritz. I finally made it to the library this evening and wanted to let you all know that I'm doing very well. I have to keep being reminded that I've just had major surgery! I'm really enjoying my time off--just being able to take it easy, take my daughter to school every day and pick her up has been wonderful. I'm not looking forward to returning to work (LOL!) We're working on getting the computer fixed but in the meantime I'm going to try to make regular library visits. Thank you all for you prayers, cards and messages. They have meant a lot.
