Regardless of the words you used, what you wrote to me hurt me deeply

and offended me. You may not have said " gay " in your emails, but I

know exactly what you meant. I can read between the lines.

Have you ever taken any straight person on this board to task for

revealing their struggles with dating/relationship issues?

In my life, I have been called names, been beaten up and been

discriminated against for being gay. So I know all too well what

that feels like.

You may feel perfectly justified about what you said, but words don't

happen in a vacuum. There were directed at me for who I am, and as

such were a personal attack.

If you think posting the emails is going to make this all go away,

you are sadly mistaken. If you continue this debate, you will only

alientate yourself. You've already alientated me who supported you

whole-heartedly during your process.

I won't ask you to leave, but I can certainly protect myself by

staying out of here. I will not and cannot continue to reveal my

most tender and vulnerable heart where it is not safe.

I am no longer safe here. And it's because of you.

I spoke to you in private.

I did not in any way, shape or form mention anything about your

being gay, nor do I care.

I have apologized to the room and to you.

You are not having suggestions that you should be dead or an SOB or

a di*khead or anything else.

You read nothing between the lines because there was nothing there.
