My sleep study was rescheduled to mid Nov.

Anything I should prep for it?

My doc sent me to a pretty posh sleep center and I get to speak to the doc

before hand. So I am happy about this change.

Any input greatly appreciated!

I am an Rt RPSGT and I do sleep studies. Just make sure you have filled out the paperwork. You can usually take your own pillow, any meds you take at night. Just don't wear any silky pjs they are a pain with the belts that we use.

Comfy pjs. In our lab you can take a shower after the study if you wish. You will have gukey paste in your hair and your face and legs. Might take a few washings to get out. Usually a little film about sleep studies and osa. Does any one in your family have it? A good tech will make this as easy as possible. Good Luck, Pat, Son chrons 3 years, scd 2 1/2 years, remicaid asacol

And the top video is " Introduction to the sleep lab " which will

tell you pretty much what goes on.
