Congratulations Robynn!! That's great. Your weight loss average and mine are exactly the same. Just think...if you continue in 2 weeks, you'll be at 55 pounds lost (that's where I'm at -- 12 weeks out).Keep up the GREAT work!Tina> > > > > > > > > > > > > I just read the posts and it was sad. Hi Robynn

First off let me tell you, i am still often tired at 6 months out, i was sure it was iron, i did like 8 tubes of blood before my appointment with my surgeon they tested so much stuff and guess what my iron was fine, everything was fine, and Dr. Gorrin, told me, " Colleen, you have lost nearly 100 pounds ( i since have lost 103 !!!) and your body works hard at doing that, it can exhaust you that is a lot of hard work for your body to do, plus you had major surgery and it also adds to the fact" So Robynn, it could be your iron, but it could also be the other factors,

period ect............Hang in there ! Somedays i feel skinny and other days i feel like a huge slob and i know i am so much healthier than i was and way thinner, but i think when we look at our bodies in terms of looks, not health, we as we become thinner become harder on ourselves........... Sometimes we have to just breathe and divert our attention to something else cause others wise we could go crazy..............................

Thanks Colleen. Yes, I suppose you are right, it is just a bit frustrating, because I'm usually so incredibly vital. I hope I normalize soon!!
