allergy, intolerance or die-off symptom?

Thank you so much for letting me know your experience with the die-off symptoms. I really think that's what it is plus i forgot to mention the day the rash came up was the same day i completely stopped my carafate liquid prescription which has illegal sorbitol. I checked with our wellness coordinator at work and we looked up side effects of carafate and one is rash so maybe it's a reaction of coming off of the medication also. When i first started taking carafate and off and on while taking it i had the itchy, hot hands and feet but no rash. I'm hoping and pretty sure it's either the carafate and/or die-off. Oh and last night i soaked in an epsom salt bath for about 20 minutes and started itching on my feet not long after being in there and the rash went all the way up the inside of my arm, stomach, upper thighs and lower back. At first i thought it was the sulfur in the epsom salts but i know the bath helps

remove toxins so i think it was more die-off/toxins coming out of my system....i hope.

How long did you eat the low carb SCD foods and start to try the med carb foods? Thanks again so much for your help....i really appreciate it!
