Guest guest
Thanks PJ! I really think mine is die-off also. I soaked in epsom salts last night and it spread to my stomach and on up my arms and lower back. Not long after getting out of the bath it slowly went away. I'm thinking that pulled out more yeast/toxins. I'm feeling better so i think it's just die-off. I'll be seeing my Dr. soon so i'll let her know. Thanks again! Nina - thanks for the food journal recommendation - i had been keeping one for about a week up until last week but have wrote down the symptoms and food info and when i stopped the carafate so that my Dr. can look at it. I'm going to start back journaling better especially as i add new foods. Thanks guys! I really think i'm on the right track to get rid of the candida overgrowth.
