Guest guest
....sorry folks, I've just realised my last post was a bit confusing. I guess what I really want to know is, how do you know when a food you are taking is causing a reaction? How soon does it happen? And is it all in the diarrhoea or can there be other symptoms too? Thanks

Others such as: gas, nausea, constipation, bleeding, rash, allergy symptoms, headache, depression, mental fog, etc. It takes time to learn to recognize some of these, and often it is a process of isolating what is bothering you and an elimination process. But it becomes more obvious over time. Also, it is recommended that you keep a food journal where you write down your symptoms, because that way, you can begin to recognize when symptoms occur - and can put together patterns.
