Guest guest
I just remembered something, in response to a listing on another board. Sometimes drinking hot water has triggered pooping in me, as I discovered when preparing for an ultrasound while I was pregnant. Instead of drinking cold water, I drank a bunch of hot water. Caused me severe abdominal cramping, felt feverish and like I was about to pass out. Just barely made it to the bathroom in time, then had diarrhea. Now, that was after drinking a quart of hot water, so perhaps you wouldn't want to drink that much, but a cup or two might get things moving. -- Eleanor Oster eleanor@... Guest guest
Thanks for the top Eleanor! I did go to the store yesterday and I picked up the flax seed meal, I added it to my meal last night of tofu and rolled up turkey with some cream cheese. I put it on the cream cheese and it was mighty tasty. I took two more stool softeners and well we will see what happens today. The directions on the box said it would make a loose stool up to 72 hours. We shall see....I am at 32 hours from my first dose at this point. I will try the hot water when I get home tonight. I also picked up some " moving along " tea and will try that as well. Anything to avoid having to take another supository. YUCK! Thanks again!
