Guest guest
So I made my own yogurt and started eating it yesterday. Not sure if I am tolerating it well. Does goat yogurt seem to be more easier to digest? Anyone prefer goat yogurt to regular? So Boswellia is illegal? It is a natural anti-inflammatory. I also made some homemade applesauce and am not sure if I can digest this either. Apples in any shape and form seem to do bad things for me. Anyone use colloidal silver as a natural antibiotic? Guest guest
Hi Perhaps you can share a little more about yourself. What is your diagnosis. When did you start SCD? Are you starting with the into diet?I find that I tolerate goat yoghurt better than cow's. Goat yoghurt is very runny .... I always drip my yoghurt. The "water of hydrolosis" (galactose) that drains off the yoghurt does not agree with me. When you start out with yoghurt, take a very small amount and build up gradually. I still cannot tolerate more than 1/2 cup per day.VivienSCD - 20 mosSo I made my own yogurt and started eating it yesterday. Not sure if I am tolerating it well. Guest guest
I have Crohn's. I have been off and on SCD since last October but officially restarted just this week. I wonder if dripping the cow's milk yogurt would help me. Guest guest
When I 1st started SCD I made cow’s milk yogurt shakes without dripping the yogurt. One day, about an hour after drinking my shake, I vomited up the liquid part – just the liquid. Very weird. I’ve been dripping it ever since, with no more problems.
