Guest guest
Sounds much better than what you had been doing! As I recall, your previous routine had quite a few carbs in there. Now, before everyone attacks me as being carbphobic, I'm not saying that no one can handle carbs, but maybe you personally can't. I know that, for me, if I'm having problems maintaining and want to empty the refrigerator into my mouth, I need to detox from carbs. Glad things are going well for you there! Keep it up! Guest guest
I am super carb sensitive. If I have a little then it leads to an all out binge. So Im trying to stay away from them as much as possible although fruit seems to be ok. Huggles PS: when am I gonna see pictures! > > >Hi all > > > >I had gained up to 162 from 150 and was struggling so much. But as of > >this morning, Im officially down 2 pounds!! Guest guest
Well its new to me. Several people have recommended it to me. I ordered so from vitalady and it should be here anytime. I was told to drink it hot instead of the no sugar added hot chocolate so that Id at least be getting in my protein. BTW: has anyone tried the relora from vitalady? Its supposed to help with carb cravings? > Hi all > > I had gained up to 162 from 150 and was struggling so much. But as of > this morning, Im officially down 2 pounds!!
