Sue,

I found that it really, REALLY relaxes me. I cannot take it during

the day. But evening is great. I take L-Glutamine for carb cravings

in the morning and it has really helped. Relora for me really is a

great sleep inducer LOL. I react very strongly to most things so

this does not surprise me. It does not make me itch but one evening

I did get a pounding heart and haven't taken it since. May try it

again this coming weekend.

Rita in Vermont where winter will NOT go away.

(the poor robins don't know what to do right now, been feeding them

alot this past week)

I don't take it. I don't believe all ingredients have been FDA approved.

Supplements are kind of at your own risk since they're not as regulated as

over the counter drugs or prescription medicines.

If it feels bad, by all means, don't do it.

Take care,

Um. They don't work in the bottle.

Trust me on this. However, the bottle will not crave carbs, so I guess

THAT's a big plus.

I think it does help. I can't exactly quantify that, but it seems to. Of course, it won't help a lot if you start a binge, then expect the relora to stop you from eating that !#$!%! when it's already on its way to your mouth. The other herb that also seems to help is stevia, which is also sold as a sweetener. The therapeutic dosages are much higher than sold for sweetening though. Unfortunately, the folks who made the higher dosage tablets have discontinued it. Sigh.
