Hi Kimber, I have had those headaches and the best thing for me is laying down in a dark quiet room and breathing deep and slowly and trying to meditate . Do you take any medication for them? Not to push meds, but I take topomax and it helped a lot. It was prescribed by my neuro. . The laying down should may help your ankle too. Believe me, I understand the crying jags completely. I have MANY, many myself. Don't worry it leaves off tension. I have to officially thank Tracie, the head moderator of the group for these methods, she recommended all of this the first year I started the group and I was in a frightful stage myself. I was happy to see that you do the dark room and meditation too. It does help and helps even more if we put our faith into believing in our bodies abilities to heal it's self. If I can't find a dark room I find a quiet corner, take my glasses off, cup my hands over my eyes tightly,(no light peeking in) leaving my eyes open in the dark, and sit relaxing for as long as I can.
