Guest guest
Hi Davonne, Sorry to hear Karlee has an ear infection. Wyatt had yeast growing in his esophogaus and we were told it could be because of a weakend immune system. We did test his immune system and found that he was below the normal range or very low in the normal range for all of the components of the immune system. Not sure if that is what is going on with Karlee but maybe it would give you a starting point. Hope things get better soon. Guest guest
Davonne, I am not sure what would cause yeast to grow in the ear, except maybe a systemic yeast infection. Does she eat a lot of sugary foods? Yeast thrives on sugar and eating too much can cause overgrowth. As well as chronic antibiotic use. Probiotics (strains of the natural, good bacteria living in the intestines) will help eliminate yeast overgrowth. Yeast is a food source for the good bacteria.
