Guest guest
Did your doc try steroids first or go straight to the surgery for them? It definitely makes it harder to breathe. Darla Darla, he went right to the surgery, cause this is what happen. they did a cat scan on his head checking the bone behind his ear cause they were going to be fixing his ear in a surgery a few days after, he had a tumor in his ear drum, makes a hole, so I get this frantic call at home from the doctor with him saying I am so sorry i missed this, as the xray showed his sinus's were a mess, and he goes so while we are doing his ear, we will take care of the sinus too. In hindsight I wish we would have done them separate, as his recovery was very hard and he ended up back in the hospital and had a few seizures. had complained of headaches a lot, but that was thought to be seizure related, he has a high pain level, as the ENT said most adults who have sinus like did are in his office crying. I probably would not have let him give him steroids as he had them before for other issues and the side effects were bad on him. Glad the girls seem to be doing better.
