Guest guest
Before I was diagnosed with " mild UC " I noticed everything in the bathroom was " mush " - never formed, and especially if I ate a lot of fiber foods. Since being on SCD- I seem to " cycle " . There is definite improvement (yay). I have periods where it is once a day trophy. If I eat a lot of veggies, it will get mushy, but if I don't eat too many, it eventually feels like C- and sometimes like I'm not " finishing the job " - to progress to twice a day trophy. I can remedy this by eating more veggies- which may cross the line into mush. Then I back off and get to where it feels like C again. Any advice? I think I'm doing great overall, and since I was once having constant D, I'm not complaining- this already feels like a miracle. I just don't think my body knows what normal feels like. I don't think I'm normal yet, and 6 months of SCD is probably too soon anyway. Just wondering what those with more experience would advise. Thanks!
