Guest guest
Have you checked her lactic acid levels? If it is high it causes muscle pain. I have had muscle pain for years and sometimes it is very painful. After exercise is the time it really sets in. All people have lactic acid levels that rise a little after exercise but if it is high it causes problems and lots of pain. You may want to have a quick blood check to make sure all is ok there.
