Hi all. I am new to the SCD. So far it is working miracles I never thought

possible!! I feel better than I have in years!!

My question is....

I am getting married in December and I want to get rid of some extra weight for

the wedding.

Is Hoodia safe to take while on the SCD?

I have looked all over and I can't seem to find the answer. If it is not

ok..then are their any otc weight loss vitamins that are legal?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!
