Whenever you are not sure, just look up the ingredients on the BTVC

Many people lose a lot of weight just following the SCD

diet.  You might not have been on it long

enough to tell the difference just yet.

My question is....

I am getting married in December and I want to get rid of some extra weight for

the wedding.

Is Hoodia safe to take while on the SCD?

I have looked all over and I can't seem to find the answer. If it is not ok..then are their any otc weight loss vitamins that are legal?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!

Wow- that's a good one. I will leave the legality up to the more experienced. I

would wonder about the supplement preparation, as a lot of hoodia is packaged as

chocolate flavored chewables and the like that would be illegal. Can you even

get pure hoodia?
