Hi Heidi,

Thanks for your response! We use Ash's tube for venting but it is mostly used to feed him a "predigested" formula (i.e. Alimentum) b/c it is easier for him to digest and doesn't cause all the bloating and stomach upset. He won't drink it on his own (I don't blame him - it smells gross) now, although he did as formula when he was a baby. I geuss it doesn't treat the dysmotility but makes it so that he can absorb nutrition and grow anyhow.
