Guest guest Posted November 11, 2009 Report Share Posted November 11, 2009 This recipe looks great for newbies and others: http://www.aldenteblog.com/2009/11/pot-roast-meals-for-flu-season.html To make it SCD, though, **replace **the celery salt (use regular salt and celery seed if you have on hand and grind together) and balsamic vinegar (just double the red wine vinegar - or use ACV in place of it), and ***leave out*** the soy sauce and potato starch (or maybe replace with finely ground almond meal).
