SLE means a stroke like episode. It is a stroke but usually most if not all of the symptoms clear up within a couple weeks to couple of months. It is caused by imflammation in the brain from the Mito. Asenath and Zipporrah have them all the time when compromized by viruses. They can appear quite bad at first as can TIA's (transient ischemic attacks); another stroke form. Many people on this list talk of SLE's as regressions that come ang go. Hope that helps some.
