Have you had your surgery yet? If so, how did the billing go?

If not, When is it scheduled for and in what state?

The state that you are in can make a difference as Fed. BCBS is

administered individually by the BC of each state. That's why

there is so much variety in people's experiences. However, if

appealing to the OPM [Office of Personnel Management], they

look at ALL 50 states and make BCBS be consistent with all

states.

By the way, is it possible to make your print font appear a little

bit larger? My puppy hid my glasses and I can barely read your

message.
