In order to get my exercise and stay on track...this is my plan. What do you think?? 5AM: wake up/45 min exercise/take vit c and iron 6AM: protein shake/ shower and get ready 7AM: quicky out the door breakfast: protein bar 8-950: class....sip on decaf coffee 1015: arrive at work....protein shake 1100: water 1200: Lunch: 2oz deli turkey, 1 oz cheese, hardboiled egg 100: water, afternoon vitamins 200: protein shake 300: light and fit yogurt 400: water 500: protein shake 600: on the run dinner: 3 oz grilled chicken, grilled veggies 7-830: class....sip on water 900: home at last...NSA hot chocolate and then collapse into bed to begin all over again tomorrow Huggles Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
