Question About Labs

Another question for all of you out there. I got my 3 month lab

results. Dr. Baggs said he'd like to see my B-12 levels higher (they

were like 425) and my folate levels higher. Currently I take monthly B-

12 injections and take them sublingually a 1-2 a week. The folate, I'm

assuming, must come from my multi-vitamin.

Does anyone else take b-12 injections? Do you take them more than once

a month? How about Folate?

Thanks again (in advance)!

I know a LOT of people who take B12 injections, some of them like every

other day. Are you giving those to yourself, or having someone else do

them? Subcutaneous or intramuscular? I would also recommend that you

take the sublingual daily. You aren't gonna overdose, unless you're

taking bottles every day. I'm not sure about the folate.
