In the past i have used:

peanut butter and SF honey (omg) this is good.

peanut butter and no sugar added jelly or jam.

fry and egg and add a slice of cheese& miracle whip (egg samich).

chicken salad samich.

tuna salad samich.

egg salad samich.

beef salad samich if your tummy can handle the beef.

deli turkey, deli ham or any of those meats of your choice.

and a breakfast favorite of mine was:

2 Tsp. of cream cheese, dash of splenda & mixed together and spread

on the egg bread, top it with another slice of egg bread and dip in

your favorite SF syrup. I called this stuffed french toast!!

SF honey?? Do you mean SUGAR FREE HONEY? Sounds too good to be

true!

How can honey be sugar free? Honey is a form of sugar.

Or, am I mis-reading this?
