Guest guest Posted November 13, 2009 Report Share Posted November 13, 2009 Chili Powder (an LSCDL Recipe) 3 teaspoons ground Ancho chiles 2 teaspoons oregano (crushed) 1 teaspoon ground cumin ¾ teaspoon homemade garlic powder Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until fully powdered.
