These last 5 weeks have

been quite a rollercoaster ride. Nearly no appetite. But i know i

have to fuel my body. Although my doctor didnt want me doing protein

drinks i have added 1 to 2 a day just for the nutrition and energy. I

was totally fatigued and had to get some energy somewhere cause i

sure wasnt gettin it from my food. I tend to eat something till i

make myself tired of it. Not a whole lot of choices yet. You can

definitely say i am eating to live not living to eat as i did in the

past. Today i made myself sick at lunch. I ate too fast and up it

came!!! YUCK. sigh. That kinda made me nautious the rest of the

afternoon. So i had a drink at supper and and a while later i tried

1/4 of a egg bread sandwich with peanut butter and i took TINY bites

and ate SLOWLY and it stayed down. Hope the peanut butter dont go

straight thru me!Last wednesday i had supper at my moms and dads and

she cooked bone in shank ham with the works. Well i had a silver

dollar sized piece of hame and 1 tbsp of green beans and 1/2 of a

deviled egg. Well soon as i was done eating i knew i was gonna be

sick. I had this sick pit in the bottom of my tummy. I was sick all

nite and i called the doctor the next day. They told me i irritated

the pouch and it causes a belly ache. Well i had that dang belly ache

for 4 days. NO MORE ham for me for a Long while!!!But other than

those two things i have done fairly well. I just want to FEEL GOOD!

Hope that day comes soon.
