Guest guest
Hi , My son has been on 0.5 mg of Klonopin twice a day for years for myoclonic seizures. While I don't know of anything that says it is chewable per se, has chewed his from time to time, and it hasn't caused him any harm. They are small, so we usually give him the pill with a spoon of pudding and he swallows it whole. He was a little more drowsy initially until he got used to it, but it stopped his myoclonic seizures. Guest guest
When my daughter was on Klonipin she just chewed the 1/4 tablet she had to take. She didn't seem to mind the taste at all. e
Guest guest
My daughter has been on Klonopin for 4 years and at first we crushed it and she now chews it when she is up to it and she has no problems. She gets it 3 times a day, if she does not chew it she gets it in her g-tube. Heidi
