OT - CoQ10

I recently switched to Ubiquinol which is a more active form of CoQ10. It costs

more than regular CoQ10 but you need less -- I only use 50 mg. The Healthy

Origins brand, that I get from iHerb.com, does have a tiny amount of soy

lecithin in it however.

Thanks Debbie! I use the Healthy Origins vitamin D gels and like them, so I

think I'll give these a try.
