The computer hiccuped or something!!!! You are great Robynn, but I didn't mean to keep repeating it!!!! Also, while we were discussing the pros and cons of protein shakes... UCLA told us that 3/4 of the body, excluding water is composed of protein. Muscles, organs, antibodies, enzymes and hormones. Protein also is needed for healing, tissue repair, fluid balance, and clotting. so based on that, and Randy's amazing weight loss in spite of all the issues he had going on post op, I would say protein shakes can't hurt. He hasn't felt queezy, dumped, or anything save the rash , infection at the drain tube site, and elevated blood sugars from all that. We found a yummy soup at Target, It is in a box, like juice boxes come in, 's SELECT....The roasted red pepper and tomato is a little high in sugar, 17 grams per serving, but everything else seemed good. 120 calories, and ready to eat. And yes, I even cooked it for my sweetie! I had to get the cobwebs off the stove first! They

have quite a few flavors. Take care! Hugs! Sue and Randy
