Guest guest
Working from home today, Pam. I slept until 10:30 this a.m. I think a vampire stole all of my blood out of my body last night, I'm exhausted. I haven't done any blood tests yet for iron etc.. and I really need to, because I'm probably anemic. I have the slips, but my 3 months appt isn't until the end of September (which will be closer to 4 months), and I'm supposed to get it done just a couple of weeks before that. I'm getting another massage today, my body hurts. Hurts. Hurts. For all of the exercise I do, I need to up my cardiovascular. I haven't really done a lot of walking lately. It's been about a week, I think. I have been doing Pilates (did it yesterday) and the other thing (Saturday)...but I've been a bit tired the last few days. Azin...are you available to walk tonight? Hope you're feeling better soon! Pam b --- Robynn VanPatten robynnsf@...> wrote: > Working from home today, Pam.
