Guest guest
Hi again, Another question: in Asher's report from Shoffner it says that something "decreases significantly the possibility of a disorder affecting mitochondrial protein synthesis as well as mtDNA depletion". I don't know what this means. Is this good or bad? It still means he has an OXPHOS defect b/c of the problems in Complex III and possible problems in Complex I. Guest guest
I do not know about the protein, but you do not want a depletion affect. I think he is just ruling out other possible problems. I would take this as good news.
Guest guest
Anne I think he is just ruling out where it stems from. At least that's my take on it. deb...mom to three great adopted kids...
