Thanks for the post about the Luna bars. I'll have to save your post for later when I decide to try them. As it is right now, I decided to try one of the bars, too, prior to surgery. Like a DOPE, I bought two of the MET-RX bars, and MAN DID THEY SUCK!!!! (sorry, I don't mean to offend anyone, but I SWEAR that's the only word that can possibly describe them!!!)

Anyway, I wasted $6.00 on the daggone things, and they ended up in the trash. Cripes -- I don't even think the HOMELESS wouldn't have eaten one of those things!!

So, thanks again for the info. on the Luna bars!!
