Guest guest
.. How much yogurt are you eating and when did you intro it? Also how are you eating your eggs? What style? Sometimes the style can be problematic.. Notoriously Marilyn could have soft boiled where soft boiled nearly killed me.. Eggs cause D is me.. sometimes I just hold back a few days and it is better. Also, are you taking any supplements? Supplements are a biggy for regression.. just throwing it out there. Jodi > > After two weeks I had been getting steadily better but the last two days I have regressed a little. I still feel better with good energy but my improving bm's have gone back to " D. " I'm trying to decide what food I should eliminat and it's tough to figure out. I'm thinking eggs and yogurt. Should I just cut back or completely eliminate and for how long. For those of you that don't eat eggs, what do you do for breakfast?? Should I just go back to only chicken soup for a few days? Or is this just part of the cycle and I just need to be patient?? Any thoughts? > >
Guest guest
I usually have my eggs scrambled. Sometimes with cheese. Occasionaly I have hard boiled egg salad with a little mayo and pepper when I need variety. I'd guess about two cups of yogurt a day which I have been eating since the start. I don't have supplements yet. I did order the freeda scd multi but they have not come yet. Are you saying the supplements can cause regression or the lack of supplements?? > > > > After two weeks I had been getting steadily better but the last two days I have regressed a little. Guest guest
.. Ok, your amounts are sensible.. Sometimes when our guts get upset from a food we are sensitive to unfortunately in my experience then yogurt can compound the negative effects.. that is at least what I have found true in myself time and time again. This is not true for everyone. I think you're gonna have to do some experimenting in the next couple of days with the style of eggs.. if that's not it.. take the eggs out (unless you are brave enough from the get go to nix the eggs) wait a couple of days and then reassess. Personally, IMO in general I think people who stay supplement free the longest have better and faster results.. But this again is highly individual.
