Two weeks in... A couple steps back.

After two weeks I had been getting steadily better but the last two days I have

regressed a little. I still feel better with good energy but my improving bm's

have gone back to " D. " I'm trying to decide what food I should eliminat and it's

tough to figure out. I'm thinking eggs and yogurt. Should I just cut back or

completely eliminate and for how long. For those of you that don't eat eggs,

what do you do for breakfast?? Should I just go back to only chicken soup for a

few days? Or is this just part of the cycle and I just need to be patient?? Any

thoughts?
