As I look over my food diary I'm thinking my problem the last two days may have

been spinach which I tried for the first time Thursday night and again last

night. Would the amount matter? Maybe I just ate too much? Or if my body is

rejecting it any amount would cause problems? Also, overall, would simply eating

too much cause problems? I wouldn't say I've been force feeding myself, but I

have been eating much more (of everything) than I used too in an attempt to gain

some weight. I eat even when I'm not hungry. Maybe I'm just Over stressing my

gut? I have gained a few pounds though despite the D.

Everything depends. So maybe it would. Maybe the problem was eating

it two times in a row. Maybe once was enough to cause it.

Or it might have something

to do with how you prepared it? How did you prepare it? Pureed is

best, with some butter, ghee or coconut oil, in the first few weeks.

I'd pull it out and try pureed zucchini instead.

You can try it again once things have settled down.

I'd pull out the spinach first. And see if that changes anything.

I tolerate spinach best when it is pureed and put in an egg soufle. The few

times I ate it whole, at the beginning of the diet, it came out looking just

like spinach. Anything you don't digest well can be a problem. Try it pureed.

Also, eating too much of anything can also be a problem.
