Guest guest
On one hand, this indicates healing. On the other- now I have to watch the scale. I have cut way back on carbs- down to the suggested levels on " life without bread " . Any other suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, PJ
Guest guest
Me too! I got up to 105, and none of my clothes fit. I cut back on what I ate, and got down to 101, so now at least some of my clothes fit. The only thing I did was cut calories. According to fitday, I was eating about 1700 calories when I was gaining. Now I'm eating about 1200 - 1300 calories and stopped gaining. I didn't purposefully single out proteins, carbs, or fats. But looking at what I've been eating, it looks like I reduced fat the most, carbs second, and protein hardly at all. Holly Crohn's SCD 12/01/08 > > On one hand, this indicates healing. Guest guest
Thanks, I'm on fit day now too. I know I have to reduce calories- not drastically but just enough to stop the gain- like you did. PJ > > > > On one hand, this indicates healing. On the other- now I have to watch the scale.
