which insurances approve procedure

Hi! At one time I was reading a list of all the insurances that

approved this procedure. Now I can't find this list. Anyone out

there know where it is posted? thanks

Hi Countrygirl,

If you can login to http://groups.yahoo.com/group/duodenalswitch and

go to the " Database " section there is a listing of insurances that

have approved. I don't know if people have been religiously adding

their latest information, though. I looked at it a few months ago

and it doesn't look like it has changed much since then, so...
