You'll be there before you know it! Just keep going and going and

going.

Refresh my memory...do you have your 10% off and you are just

waiting for a date? Which facility?

Im at Richmond and am working on my 10%. I have my surgical consult in about two weeks and I hope that I am close by then. I have not weighed since my nutrition class about 3 weeks ago - but then I had about 6% left to go.

Whose your consult with? I had Dr. Baggs. He was fabulous! I really

like him.

Just keep plugging along. Make sure you are drinking lots of water

and eating lots of protein and minimal carbs.

Keep up the good work!

My consult is with Dr. Fisher. I am trying - but those carbs are so tempting - but I am upping my exercise, so I am hoping that will accomodate me a little something - lol
