Guest guest
Im at Richmond and am working on my 10%. I have my surgical consult in about two weeks and I hope that I am close by then. I have not weighed since my nutrition class about 3 weeks ago - but then I had about 6% left to go. Guest guest
Whose your consult with? I had Dr. Baggs. He was fabulous! I really like him. Just keep plugging along. Make sure you are drinking lots of water and eating lots of protein and minimal carbs. Keep up the good work! Tina > > > Just curious how many people on here are pre-op? Guest guest
My consult is with Dr. Fisher. I am trying - but those carbs are so tempting - but I am upping my exercise, so I am hoping that will accomodate me a little something - lol Barbara (LTLJSMOM) From: Tina Sent: Tuesday, August 23, 2005 3:12 PMTo: gastric-bypass-support-kaiser-patients Subject: Re: Barbara H Whose your consult with?
