Yes. I have GEHA/Alliance, High Option. My surgeon was not a PPO,

so they will only pay 75% of that part of his fee that they consider

usual and customary for my ZIP code (his fees fall within their

criteria, it turns out) and 100% of my $20,450 hospital bill. All I

can say is that I consider myself very fortunate. It took some

personal calling to get them to approve in time for my surgery date;

they claim that they are backlogged. Like anything else in life,

you've gotta participate yourself if you want results.
