Guest guest
If you're really active, you may be burning that many calories. Maybe that's why you fainted or nearly fainted. Guest guest
Thanks, Marilyn, for the info on fit day. Has anyone approximated the calorie counts for dripped yogurt and the nut bread products we use? Thanks, PJ

I usually count undripped as the milk I used to make it. For dripped yogurt, I double the milk, and usually halve the carbs. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund
Guest guest
I found this calculation on line- it makes sense: For whole yogurt: 2 cups milk= 1 cup dripped yogurt + I cup whey Take calories in milk- calories in whey (60 per cup) So 2 cups of whole milk dripped yogurt (150 cals/cup) ends up as I cup dripped yogurt with 240 cals 11.4 carbs 15.8 grams fat 14.1 grams protein Seems good to me.
