Amazing..

I was wondering when that would come up!

1. Take your own pillows -- you'll sleep better with something

familiar.

2. Take your own nightgown or PJs. See #1.

3. If you usually have a bedtime snack, take that.

4. Take all your bedtime meds or supplements with you.

I took a reading lamp and a good book and my clock -- they usually have a

TV, but I have no use for TV.

Sleeping with all the wires and things isn't easy, but you'll be

surprised at how much you actually sleep, even though you may be

convinced you hardly closed your eyes at all.

Have you watched the video I pointed you to?

Don't come unhinged if it takes forever to get the results. Spend the

time reading CPAPTALK.COM and finding out what to do if you test

positive.

Thanks Marilyn..

I've got no use for a TV anymore. Disconnected from Cable a while ago and it

was the best thing I did for myself in quite a while.

I have a DVD player and netflix so movies are great.. and Nobles has a

%50 sale on Criterion titles till the 23rd! Dangerous. LOL.

I will check out the vid now.

Thanks again..
