Guest guest
I found at GNC a drink mix called ELITE for carb watchers. Its a whey protein drink mix that only has 1 carb and 23 proteins per scoop. I have the vanilla and chocolate. I mix frozen strawberries or peaches and silk soy milk with mine. I also add 1/2 t decaf instant coffee to the chocolate one (yum). I usually add just one scoop to 4 oz of soy milk also. Then i add ice to fill up my 8 oz container and make it thick. > > Jeanne, > > It was one serving 40g of protein. > > > > KRistie > > > > > > From: " topazmisskitty " > > > Date: 2005/08/23 Tue PM 03:19:06 PDT > > > To: gastric-bypass-support-kaiser-patients > > > Subject: Re: Protein > shakes > > > > > >
Guest guest
Um, take a look at the amount of sugar and carbs you're adding with the fruit and/or soy milk. Instead, try adding either sugarfree jello or sugarfree pudding powder. cuddles_1960 wrote: >I found at GNC a drink mix called ELITE for carb watchers.
