Guest guest
scramble up a couple of egg whites with water, toss in tefal 8 " pan on low heat, scatter on some shredded cheese of your choice, break up your bacon and scatter that around... make an omelet that is both yummy, includes all your yummy's and is not scrambled... *Tip, when the bottom of the omelet is done stick it in the oven under the broiler to do the top and you have a great -- NOT over done or torn up omelet... jezzzzz right and no one has to throw up over the whole scrambled eggs thing... guaranteed to stave off the bagel attack ~smile~ hugz, ~denise )ô(

Guest guest
I have been eating scrambled eggs since about 3 weeks out........I mix them with a tad of cream.......no problem......but I only like them VERY soft so maybe that has something to do with it. Guest guest
Good morning all, Well I am so happy for all of you egg eaters! <<grin>> I can eat eggs soft boiled and fried in spray oil. So I will just be happy with that . Just had to share with you that new milestone for me! I ate a 2 finger (w) x 1 finger (L) piece of steak yesterday. Of course I could eat NOTHING else for hours. But that is OK! It is the first time since sx (8/27/01) I felt so grown up! LOL Hubby cannot understand why I can eat " soft boiled " but not " soft scrambled. " Just crazy I guess. Have a great day! Hopefully winter will end soon! 20 " of snow in Oklahoma! Unbelievable. Since losing weight I don't do cold well! Jo in OK. Re: Re: Eggs > > > > I am with all of you. Guest guest
I usually don't post, but just wanted to say what I found to help me tolerate scrambled eggs. I put them in a bowl and scramble them up, then I add some light cream to them and scramble that in with them. Not the heavy cream that you use to make whipped cream, but the light cream. It makes the eggs really fluffy and much lighter to go down. I make my omelets this way too. It's much better than just the scrambled eggs on their own. Re: Eggs > I love scrambled eggs. Guest guest
Okay, I might as well get on the band wagon. I have found that I can actually tolerate eggbeaters better then eggs. I can eat both but the real stuff seems to sit there forever. The eggbeaters are a lighter, fluffier texture. Lori Owen - Denton, Texas CHF 4/14/01 479 lbs. SRVG 7/16/01 401 lbs.
