Guest guest
Anybody else have a problem with eGGS? Laurie __________________________________________________
Guest guest
With me eggs are funny. Sometimes I can eat them and other times I can't. They have to be cooked just right or just looking at them will make me nauseated. If they are overcooked they will not even make it to the table. My hubby and son hate it when we go out for breakfast because I have sent back my food more than once. The good part about it is sometimes my breakfast is free if they screw it up twice. When I get a discount or get it for free then my husband doesn't complain. Ramona

Guest guest
Ramona, your post made me laugh. I agree with you, that somewhere out there is an egg prepared in such a way, that my pouch would like it much better. I haven't figured out how to cook them to make pouchy happy. Guest guest
I have had one problem with eggs. Otherwise I eat one most every day. This one time they were too dry to start with and I heat them up in the microwave at work to eat them for breakfast. They were chewy and I added cheese to it and it gelled weird. I had to eat them though because I didn't have anything else to eat. They stayed down though. I am wondering how much of this is mind over matter? Seems everything else I have tried has been fine as well. I am now 8 weeks out, so we shall see what this week brings. What other things are you eating now? Have you tried chicken yet? Guest guest
Kay, I have had chicken, but only shredded or canned (made chicken salad). I did fine with it. How about you? Guest guest
believe it or not, I am still chicken to try chicken. How did you do your chicken salad? With mayo? That is another thing I haven't tried yet. I would like to broaden my horizons though. Eating fish every day is getting old. What else have you had success with? Guest guest
i am a yr out now and still can eat only about 2 bites of an egg i scramble them . any meat of any kind is heavy on the pouch and i can only eat a few bites of them .. heres the problem i can eat alot of the crackers and chips anything that resembles those kind of snacks including the sweet stuff and i find this is very common for most of us so watch out for those things i know i have to be very carefull. shirleyspecialkmix2000 wrote: I have had one problem with eggs. Guest guest
Yes Kay, I mix the chicken or tuna with some diet mayo. Sometimes I add a tsp of brown mustard with the chicken mixture. Then I eat it on Keebler Club crackers. I eat eggs sometimes, but they never sit well. I'd like to try egg salad, but haven't yet. I eat carnitas, I've had chicken quesadilla, eating only a little of the tortilla, I eat chili. I've had ground beef (hamburger with no bread) and meatloaf. Not the best choice, but I also have had chicken nuggets a couple of times. The beef is a little heavy for me, like the egg, but only in the hamburger form. If i eat it slow enough it is fine. Meatloaf is DIVINE! HTH! Laurie __________________________________________________
