Preferred: Spanish/English fluency, strong educational background in health promotion, experience/knowledge of Hispanic farm worker population. Work description: environmental health promotion (including sanitation and pesticide safety) targeting farmworkers in their homes, training and supervising lay health advisors, program evaluation.
