Guest guest
Hi all. I don't get on here as much as I'd like. Now that school is back in, it is crazy carting all the kids to their classes, football practices, etc. But here I am today. So, for those interested, here goes. I am 3 weeks and 3 days post op. I have luckily had no episodes of dumping or vomiting, but eggs are NOT going to stay in me if I eat them. Took 2 bites and decided no. There hasn't been anything else that I have eaten that has upset me. The hardest part is making myself SIP the water, and not chug it, especially after exercising. I am continuing to walk at least 1 mile per day, sometimes 2. I also have been back to the gym 2-3 days per week. That is taking a little more easing into, and I am always pretty tired afterward. So here are the stats: Orientation: 327 Pre-OP: 305 Today: 281 Total Loss: 46 pounds Since LAP: 24 pounds I am down 2 pant sizes and wore an 18/20 shirt yesterday for the first time in who knows how long!! So, there I am in a nutshell. I hope that everyone is well, and I'll try to be on more often. Take care. Love, Tamara
