Bell and Turkey

I just bought one of these turkeys at the supermarket. It's fresh and minimally

processed. I think it is legal. It's too late to get a letter, but I'm going to

call them just to double check the processing. It looks like they are only air

chilled.

it- no harm done. My kids are coming home from college and they will inhale it..
