Guest guest
Hi, Anyone have suggestions (? Marilyn?) for savoury smoothies? I do keep frozen super ripe bananas, and they add texture as well as taste, however they are super sweet. I'd like to give my gut a rest, and not trigger hypoglycemia--or yeast. I have been making Curry Squash Soup, lots, and I guess that is the answer. Make cream of vegetable soups. So maybe I'm ending up - chuckle-- sharing my answer to this question, tho still open for your in put. I recently made a cream of green pea soup. Quite yum, and GREAT fresh green color. I noticed asparagus in grocery yesterday--didn't buy-- but tempted, for soup. Other ideas? Ruth

If you feel up to it, Ruth, Curry Squash soup and cream of green pea sound good for a change, if you don't mind posting recipes when you get a chance. Guest guest
If you search the archives of the BTVC-SCD, Marilyn posted tomato soup, chicken or turkey with tomato soup smoothies, etc. I can't remember exactly (and I don't know if she leaves or removes them at some point) but you could try the search on the group or the files section.
