Guest guest
Al mond breeze is the only kind my son likes to drink . Choclate, original, and vanilla. Almonds are supposed to have an alkalizing effect and this drink contains vit E, calcium . Does anyone know much about alkalinity and acidity in food? kelly

Guest guest
No, it's not. After significant healing you can buy lacteeze drops to add to half and half to use in very small amounts like coffee. No, because it has too much galactose in it, which can be bad for the liver. Also, commercially prepared lactose-free milks may not actually be lactose free. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund
