I make mine, using rice. But the nut milks sound intriguing, so might try

my hand at this.

Almond Breeze (HFS) vanilla or chocolate for a nice yummy drink.

Mocha Mix (grocery store) mixed 1:1 with water for cereal and

sauces. DariFree (internet) for baking.

Al mond breeze is the only kind my son likes to drink . Choclate, original,

and vanilla. Almonds are supposed to have an alkalizing effect and this

drink contains vit E, calcium . Does anyone know much about alkalinity and

acidity in food? kelly

No, it's not. After significant healing you can buy lacteeze drops to add to

half and half to use in very small amounts like coffee.

No, because it has too much galactose in it, which can be bad for the

liver. Also, commercially prepared lactose-free milks may not actually be

lactose free.
